Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst
We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst in Doha, Qatar to join our IT Business Systems team. This full-time or contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work on Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll implementations while contributing to system enhancements and support initiatives across key HR modules.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements and support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
* Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
* Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
* Handle data migration and integration using HDL, HSDL, and FBL.
* Support testing efforts including SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
* Conduct root cause analysis and resolve functional and technical issues.
* Document technical and functional designs, reports, and training guides.
* Collaborate with developers to implement customizations and enhancements.
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related discipline.
Experience:
* 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
* Proven expertise in Oracle Payroll and Core HR modules.
* Experience with report development tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
* Hands-on knowledge of data loading tools like HDL and HSDL.
* Prior exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is preferred.
Skills:
* Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Independent and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
