Position Overview
The Oracle OBDX Technical Analyst will analyze technical requirements, design scalable digital banking solutions, and oversee end-to-end deployments of the Oracle Banking Digital Experience platform. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring platform reliability, performance, and compliance across complex banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle OBDX and its integration with core banking and third-party systems
* Translate business and functional requirements into system architecture and deployment strategies
* Analyze infrastructure needs, coordinate deployments, and ensure high system availability
* Manage cross-functional interactions between product owners, designers, and engineering teams
* Drive API design, exposure, and governance using API Connect or similar platforms
* Support product design, process optimization, and system documentation for digital banking initiatives
* Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and release management for OBDX modules
* Identify technical risks, troubleshoot system issues, and propose improvement plans
* Ensure compliance with IT security, data integrity, and enterprise architecture standards
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; postgraduate degree preferred
* 15 plus years of experience in Corporate Channel Banking and digital transformation projects
* Hands-on expertise with Oracle OBDX and channel banking system implementations
* Strong knowledge of banking domain processes, integration, and workflows
* Experience working with distributed teams and regional rollouts
* Proven skills in BPM, process optimization, and technical documentation
* Proficient in API management, testing tools, and lifecycle management
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
