Job Overview
The Procurement CoE Coordinator supports centralized procurement operations by facilitating communication between verticals, maintaining performance reports, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvement. This role provides strategic support for monthly and quarterly executive reporting, audits, and procurement transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main coordinator among procurement verticals such as Category Management, Vendor Management, Contracts, Compliance, and Operations
* Consolidate procurement data and generate insightful reports for leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Track KPIs, compliance metrics, savings, and procurement risks
* Maintain up-to-date documentation, templates, SOPs, and knowledge assets
* Support process standardization and digital transformation efforts
* Prepare reports and presentation materials for executive reviews and steering committees
* Ensure all procurement teams align with overall departmental goals and timelines
* Coordinate audits and maintain centralized reporting for internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor procurement project milestones, deliverables, and policy implementations
* Promote governance, sustainability goals, and adoption of procurement technologies

Reporting & MIS

* Develop and deliver procurement dashboards and Power BI visuals
* Extract and analyze data using Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, or Coupa
* Create reporting packages for executive-level decision-making

Governance & Standards

* Support compliance with procurement policies and audit readiness
* Maintain a repository of procurement procedures, policy updates, and best practices
* Facilitate communication of procedural changes across departments

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or coordination roles; experience with centralized procurement is a plus
* Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI
* Proficiency in procurement platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, or Coupa preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks
