Project Manager - Central Bank Payment Systems
Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager in Dubai to lead the delivery of UAE Central Bank payment solutions and cross-border SWIFT integrations. The ideal candidate will bring 6–10+ years of project management experience and deep familiarity with banking payment infrastructures such as UAEFTS, NPSS, WPS, and ISO 20022 standards. PMP certification and strong stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute end-to-end project lifecycles for UAE Central Bank payment systems
* Engage with stakeholders including CBUAE, financial institutions, and technology partners
* Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and compliance requirements
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
* Lead change management and communication across teams and vendors
* Apply quality assurance frameworks to guarantee deliverable integrity
* Generate status reports and manage project documentation
* Mentor team members and foster project ownership across cross-functional teams
Candidate Requirements
* 6–10 years of project management experience in financial technology or banking
* Strong knowledge of UAEFTS, IPI, NPSS, WPS, ICCS, DDS, GPSSA, GCCRTGS, and SWIFT Alliance
* Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging and UAE regulatory compliance
* PMP certification preferred; Agile experience is a plus
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
* Hands-on experience with tools for tracking, reporting, and team collaboration
* Ability to drive outcomes independently and lead under pressure
