Core Duties

* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise-level payment system projects aligned with UAE Central Bank requirements
* Oversee stakeholder coordination across financial institutions, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies including CBUAE
* Manage scope, timelines, and resource allocations across concurrent workstreams while adhering to PMO best practices
* Conduct proactive risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and ensure compliance
* Support seamless change management including updates to financial messaging standards (ISO 20022)
* Lead project documentation, governance, and escalation procedures ensuring project transparency and traceability
* Drive quality assurance protocols across SWIFT, WPS, and real-time payment network implementations
* Provide mentorship and technical direction to project teams to uphold project discipline and delivery

Candidate Requirements

* 6–10+ years of technical project management experience within banking and financial technology environments
* PMP certification or equivalent preferred
* Proven track record in managing UAE Central Bank systems such as:

* UAEFTS, NPSS, IPI, WPS, ICCS, DDS, GPSSA, AAFAQ (GCC RTGS)
* Deep hands-on involvement with SWIFT Alliance and cross-border messaging
