Job Overview
The Sales Head - Middle East will drive client acquisition and revenue generation for AI-based enterprise solutions. Working closely with top management, you will lead outbound efforts, pitch value-driven solutions to enterprise clients, and own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closure. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with direct visibility to the CXO team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy focused on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman
* Own the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
* Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
* Drive prospecting via networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns
* Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals aligned to customer needs
* Represent the company at regional tech events and business meetings
* Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
* Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine sales strategies for the GCC
Reporting & MIS
* Prepare regular updates on pipeline status and deal forecasts
* Provide market intelligence and client feedback to CXO-level stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
* 10+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, preferably in AI or IT services
* Proven success in selling high-value solutions to large enterprises across the Middle East
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and close complex deals
* MBA preferred but not mandatory
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel across GCC countries
