Dicetek LLC is looking for a seasoned Security Specialist in Dubai with in-depth knowledge of telecommunications and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. This full-time role is ideal for professionals who excel in secure architecture design, incident response, digital forensics, and technical documentation within telecom, ICS, and SCADA environments. Core Duties
* Design and evaluate secure IT, OT, and telecom architectures
* Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for telecom and ICS/SCADA systems
* Integrate IT and OT systems with a security-first approach and network segmentation
* Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts across telecom and OT environments
* Perform forensic investigations involving compromised ICS, SCADA, or network systems
* Draft and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation: IR plans, SOPs, forensic reports
* Collaborate with SOC, NOC, and plant operations teams during incident handling
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in telecom and OT sectors
* Strong background in secure network architecture and response planning
* Proven expertise in digital forensics and industrial system threat handling
* Excellent technical writing and compliance documentation skills
* Familiarity with telecom protocols like SIP, 5G, SS7, LTE, Diameter
* Deep understanding of OT/ICS environments including PLCs, SCADA, DCS
Preferred Certifications
* CISSP, GCFA, GCIA, GICSP, GRID, or equivalent
* Vendor certifications (Cisco, Siemens, ABB)
* Knowledge of ISO/IEC 62443 or technical writing training
