Senior BI Developer - Data and Analytics
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior BI Developer to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on developing advanced Qlik Sense dashboards and Power BI reports to enable data-driven decisions across business functions. As part of a high-impact analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable BI solutions that support strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and reports
* Build and optimize Power BI visualizations to support business KPIs and operational insights
* Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
* Perform ETL processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data availability
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions
* Maintain data models and documentation for governance and reproducibility
* Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integration integrity
* Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure adoption and effectiveness
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence roles with focus on Qlik Sense (5+ years) and Power BI
* Advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL pipeline design
* Strong background in data visualization best practices and user-centered dashboard design
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
* Experience in data governance and familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions is a plus
* Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or R is advantageous
