* Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and branding across all channels
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and quality assurance
* Review artwork, conduct final checks, and ensure output meets brand and marketing standards
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
* Stay ahead of design trends and apply new techniques to elevate campaign performance
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
* 5–7 years of hands-on experience in creative agencies or corporate marketing teams
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, brand identity work, and multi-channel design
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and responsive design principles
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Ability to translate abstract concepts into clean, functional visual outputs
