Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Officer specializing in ePayment solutions to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on defining and presenting secure digital payment solutions aligned with client strategies while leveraging G+D’s advanced product portfolio. Ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in payments, authentication, and tokenization, combined with excellent communication and client engagement skills.

What You’ll Do
* Design and propose tailored solutions using G+D’s digital security and payment technologies
* Conduct client workshops, presentations, and innovation sessions to showcase solutions
* Create detailed technical and business documentation for presales and solution design
* Collaborate with product, delivery, and account teams to ensure solution feasibility and value delivery
* Prepare proposals, respond to RFP/RFQ, and support bid management activities
* Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery with clear Statements of Work
* Track and report key performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Ideal Profile
* 5 to 8+ years of experience in presales roles within the payments or digital solutions domain
* In-depth knowledge of authentication and tokenization solutions
* Strong background in complex system integration projects
* Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage
* Regional experience in the Middle East; Africa exposure is a plus
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills
