Position Overview

What You’ll Do
* Identify, analyze, and triage GitHub issues from trending open-source projects.
* Configure and manage environments using Docker and similar tools.
* Validate code performance, quality, and unit test coverage.
* Modify and execute codebases for real-world LLM evaluations.
* Collaborate with research teams to select challenge repositories.
* Optionally mentor and guide junior engineers in project tasks.
Ideal Profile
* 3–4+ years of Rust development experience.
* Expertise in Git workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Proven ability to debug and execute complex, open-source projects locally.
* Familiarity with GitHub issue triaging and workflow management.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for large-scale code challenges.
