We are seeking a Service Operations Platforms and Tools Senior Manager to join Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete lifecycle of service operations platforms and tools including evaluation, implementation, optimization, and retirement
* Align technology solutions with business goals to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
* Develop strategies to continuously evolve operations tools to meet organizational demands
* Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions
* Oversee relationships with third-party vendors for tool acquisition, support, and compliance
* Implement and monitor IT support tools such as ticketing systems and remote assistance platforms
* Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure tools are compliant and drive continuous process improvement
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity
* Proven track record of managing enterprise operational platforms and cross-functional technology projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices in relation to operational tools
