We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) modules. The role involves proactive monitoring, event correlation, automation, and service reliability improvements across hybrid IT environments, ensuring efficient IT operations.

What You’ll Do
Configure and maintain ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
Maintain an accurate and updated CMDB and develop service maps for critical applications.
Integrate monitoring tools and automate workflows using Orchestration and Flow Designer.
Implement event correlation, root cause analysis, and predictive insights for proactive IT
operations.
Leverage log analytics, health monitoring, and service reliability management.
Monitor platform performance, apply patches/upgrades, and troubleshoot ITOM and AIOps modules.
Collaborate with IT teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
Develop integrations with AWS, Azure, and other third-party platforms using REST APIs and scripting.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and CMDB.
Hands-on experience with AIOps tools and techniques.
Strong scripting and integration skills using JavaScript and REST APIs.
Preferred certifications in ServiceNow ITOM or AIOps.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments, observability tools, and ITIL/DevOps practices.
