What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data to deliver business outcomes
* Design, develop, test, and release software solutions in small, iterative batches
* Own and innovate the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of assigned services
* Ensure scalability, quality, and security across distributed systems and microservices
* Apply XP, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices to maximize flow and minimize waste
* Support continuous improvement within the team to foster self-organization and agile maturity
* Critically review and simplify technical processes, systems, and workflows
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience, preferably in XP environments
* Proficiency in .NET, Golang, and C#
* Strong experience with TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Refactoring, and Simple Design
* Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases
* Strong background in distributed systems architecture, including event-driven and RESTful services
* Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
* Experience with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery pipelines
* Strong testing skills with focus on automation and end-to-end quality assurance
* Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, and ability to empathize with user needs
