The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contact center architecture, digital banking integrations, and cloud-native infrastructure. This role is urgent and mission-critical to the successful transformation of the bank’s omnichannel experience.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the implementation of Genesys Cloud across voice, chat, and IVR channels
* Define integration strategies with core banking systems, middleware, and enterprise API gateways
* Design scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS services, microservices, and service mesh principles
* Ensure seamless interaction between the contact center platform and digital banking channels
* Provide architectural guidance across technical teams, ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise-level Genesys Cloud implementations
* Strong technical expertise in IVR systems, chatbots, contact center routing, and omnichannel workflows
* Hands-on experience with Genesys APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns
* Familiarity with banking digital channels and workflows including customer onboarding, KYC, and self-service
* Skilled in integrating with core banking systems and middleware using REST APIs and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
* Cloud-native experience, preferably in AWS, with understanding of microservices, containers, and service mesh frameworks
