Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting
- Provide expert consulting on cybersecurity solutions, including email security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and network security
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analysis, identifying risks and recommending appropriate solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions based on industry best practices and client requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity infrastructure
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients
Project Coordination
- Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of internal cybersecurity best practices and procedures
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and proposal development
- Mentor and train junior team members to strengthen the cybersecurity team’s capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cybersecurity initiatives align with business objectives
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on email security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and network security
- Proven experience in project coordination and management
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, endpoint security software, and email security gateways
- Experience with security assessment and vulnerability analysis tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred
