Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced and innovative Travel Technology Product Manager to lead the design, development, and enhancement of digital travel platforms and booking systems. Based in Dubai, this role will serve as the critical link between business operations and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, user-centric, and competitive travel technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Benchmark product features and performance against top OTAs to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
* Identify, evaluate, and integrate APIs from airlines, hotels, GDS, NDC, consolidators, and payment gateways.
* Drive innovation by proposing new product features, workflows, and technology improvements.

* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain thorough product documentation.
* Ensure smooth operations of platforms by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with development teams.
* Stay current with industry trends in travel technology, e-commerce, and digital distribution systems.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* 5–8 years of experience in travel technology or product management within OTA or digital travel platforms.
* Proven expertise in GDS, NDC, APIs, booking engines, and B2C/B2B distribution models.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to both strategic goals and technical details.
* Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects and collaborate with developers effectively.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills to bridge business and technical requirements.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
