Role Summary
The UCC Technical Architect will own architecture, integration, and governance for a large-scale Unified Contact Center in Dubai. The scope covers Genesys CCaaS, conversational AI, CRM, analytics, and multi-cloud infrastructure with high availability, security, and UAE regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead architecture, design reviews, and technical governance across UCC components
* Define integration patterns and APIs between Genesys, Kore.ai, Dynamics 365, Azure OpenAI, HIVE, and cloud services
* Establish middleware, data flows, and event-driven designs using REST and webhooks
* Build resilient, scalable multi-cloud architectures with DR and HA
* Oversee vendor delivery; enforce enterprise standards, security, and compliance
* Ensure UAE data residency, telecom, and information security adherence
* Approve solution blueprints, guardrails, and technical standards
* Direct risk assessments, performance tuning, and issue resolution
* Drive AI and automation use cases, agent assist, and omni-channel expansion
* Produce architecture docs, diagrams, and operational handovers
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 12 plus years in enterprise architecture or large-scale solution delivery
* 5 plus years in contact center, CRM, or AI platform implementations
* Proven Genesys Cloud architecture across digital channels and complex IVR
* Integrations with Kore.ai or similar conversational AI, voice biometrics, feedback platforms, and Dynamics 365
* Strong grasp of Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and platform architecture
* Deep understanding of REST-JSON, event-driven patterns, and secure API management
* Preferred: SIP trunking, carrier management, IVR connectivity; Azure services and Power BI exposure
* Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
