Al-Futtaim Group is hiring a UX Lead to drive the design and development of seamless, human-centered digital experiences across its product portfolio. Based in Dubai, this leadership role requires a blend of product design, service design, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional design efforts from concept to execution while mentoring designers and championing the voice of the user.

What You’ll Do
* Lead UX design across end-to-end digital journeys with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to frame problems and deliver impactful design solutions
* Apply service design thinking to align user needs with business and technical processes
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications
* Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions using design thinking methodologies
* Maintain and evolve the design system and ensure consistency in interactions and visual patterns
* Mentor and guide junior UX designers through feedback and knowledge sharing
* Advocate for inclusive and accessible design in all product decisions
Ideal Profile
* 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio of successful web and mobile projects
* Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
* Strong understanding of human-centered design, interaction design, and service design frameworks
* Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
* Experience with design systems, journey mapping, and usability testing
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with platforms involving complex service layers such as eCommerce, healthcare, or logistics
* Understanding of design handoff tools like Zeplin or Storybook
* Knowledge of front-end development is a plus
