Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
* Proven track record in MIS reporting and data analytics
* Familiarity with the insurance industry preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools
* Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PLSQL
* Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across departments
* Project management experience is a plus
