This role supports the daily movement of motor insurance applications from quotation through policy issuance and subsequent servicing. It connects customers and channel partners with underwriters, brokers, agents

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations for retail motor and fleet insurance business.
* Prepare and process motor insurance quotations according to approved rates and guidelines.
* Issue new policies after confirming documentation, payment and authorization requirements.
* Handle renewals, endorsements and policy cancellations accurately.
* Review requests and provide approvals within the assigned authority matrix.
* Refer cases beyond delegated authority to the appropriate underwriting personnel.
* Examine customer profiles, vehicle information and supporting documents for completeness.
* Enter policy details into the insurance system and verify all recorded information.
* Update policy records when approved changes are received.
* Follow up on missing documents, outstanding payments and pending approvals.
* Coordinate with underwriters to clarify risk information and processing requirements.
* Work with brokers, agents, channel partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
* Respond to customer requests clearly and within agreed service timelines.
