Role Summary
We are looking for a Learning and Development Content Designer to create impactful training content and support the professional growth of our workforce. This role involves designing engaging learning sessions, maintaining high-quality training resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and maintain high-quality training content to support learning initiatives
* Collaborate with managers to identify short-term priorities and learning requirements
* Analyze HR data and identify trends to provide insights for business improvement
* Gather and assess performance data to identify competency gaps and agree on learning outcomes
* Organize and prepare complex learning materials using relevant software and technology
* Respond to internal and external queries regarding L&D policies and processes
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role
* Strong understanding of the L&D content industry and cultural nuances in MENA
* Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required
