Role Context
Accurate catalogue information helps customers find products and supports healthy inventory across the supply chain. This role will process large volumes of product data while investigating complaints, identifying quality
concerns and recommending practical workflow improvements. Speed and precision must remain balanced throughout daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
The specialist will maintain catalogue quality while meeting departmental productivity and service standards.
* Populate product catalogues displayed on the talabat application.
* Propose clear and relevant content for new or existing listings.
* Review catalogue information for completeness and accuracy.
* Identify product-data errors and complete required corrections.
* Investigate complaints relating to catalogue content.
* Determine the cause of recurring listing or process issues.
* Help resolve supply-chain problems affecting inventory health.
* Prepare reports covering received and completed work.
* Track daily task volumes and maintain accurate records.
* Complete assigned workloads within expected deadlines.
* Ensure that processed content meets established quality standards.
* Flag potential quality issues to the responsible manager.
* Investigate identified concerns and recommend corrective action.
* Recognize inefficient processes and suggest workable improvements.
* Support implementation of approved workflow changes.
* Communicate stakeholder updates to the team lead and manager.
* Participate in process meetings and operational calls.
* Conduct online research to verify large amounts of product information.
* Respond clearly to internal and external customer questions.
* Maintain composure and accuracy during urgent situations.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should have one to two years of experience or previous exposure to innovative business-operations processes. This background is considered advantageous rather than mandatory.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required. Applicants must also possess upper-intermediate written and verbal English communication skills.
