Digital Marketing Executive – Dubai, UAEPosition Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support paid media campaigns across platforms such as META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. The role focuses on executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for VOX Cinemas, Global Snow, and other entertainment brands across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do
* Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search and Display)
* Coordinate with marketing teams to align activities with movie launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
* Ensure timely delivery of creative assets including banners, videos, and ad copies
* Track campaign performance in real time and recommend optimization strategies
* Support implementation
of pixels, event tracking, and conversion tracking across digital channels
* Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights
* Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform specifications
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media
* Hands-on experience with META Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid platforms
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements
* Knowledge of pixels, tracking, and Martech tools (CDPs, CRM, automation platforms) is a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail
