Month 1 -

Participants will build a foundation in talabat\'s business and operating environment while developing knowledge in:

Months 2 and 3 - Rotational On-the-Job Training
Students will move into practical assignments across different teams, where they will:

* Learn directly from experienced professionals.
* Develop an understanding of different business functions.
Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed within one of talabat\'s departments to begin their career with the organization.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book.
* Currently enrolled as a student.
* Based in the UAE.
* Available to attend the office for two full days per week.
* Fluent in English.
* Open to students from all academic majors.
* Willing to learn and contribute within a fast-paced working environment.
Learning and Development
The program is designed for students seeking practical exposure beyond academic study. Participants will have opportunities to:
