This role plays a central part in shaping engineering strategy and delivery by leading teams responsible for building and scaling digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions
* Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define and execute technology strategies
* Drive development of high-quality applications with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
* Guide teams in agile practices, continuous delivery, and modern engineering methodologies
* Oversee system architecture including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

Ideal Profile
* 6+ years of experience in software engineering roles
* 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
* Strong experience with distributed systems and modern architecture patterns
* Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS
* Experience with agile development practices and continuous delivery
* Strong understanding of mobile and web application development
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
