Role Context
Customers depend on the platform to display products that are available, correctly priced and accurately described. This role connects physical shop inventory with digital catalogue data through daily field
visits, handheld scanning and direct coordination with shop employees. Accurate work will reduce unavailable-item issues and improve order quality across the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
The coordinator will maintain product and inventory accuracy across an assigned network of partner locations.
* Visit partner shops daily according to the assigned field schedule.
* Compare products available in each store with their platform listings.
* Use a handheld scanner to capture and verify product information.
* Add or update product barcodes within the approved system.
* Check quantities, prices, images and descriptions for accuracy.
* Correct incomplete or outdated catalogue information.
* Coordinate with shop employees to confirm current stock availability.
* Maintain accurate inventory records for listed products.
* Monitor product levels and identify items that are out of stock.
* Flag recurring inventory discrepancies for further operational review.
* Verify that shop assortments are represented correctly on the platform.
* Prepare daily reports covering stock and assortment status.
* Use report findings to identify product-data or availability gaps.
* Organize field visits efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
* Prioritize urgent shop updates that may affect customer orders.
* Communicate shop-level findings to relevant operations teams.
* Maintain accurate records of visits and completed updates.
* Travel to locations within and outside Dubai when required.
* Support product-verification activities during expansion into new markets.
* Follow field procedures while completing physical and system-based tasks.
