By maintaining clear visibility of actions, dependencies, risks and investment priorities, the position helps leadership make informed decisions and keeps complex network initiatives moving toward agreed business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate electrification initiatives across fulfillment and Amazon Logistics networks.
* Track execution against approved operational, financial and strategic objectives.
* Maintain visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies and outstanding actions across network programs.
* Support broader network planning activities involving operations, capacity, investment and business priorities.
* Consolidate cross-functional action plans and follow progress through completion.
* Partner with Operations teams to understand execution requirements and emerging network constraints.
* Work closely with Finance on cost tracking, investment visibility and forecast inputs.
* Support financial performance reporting for network initiatives and electrification programs.
* Maintain structured trackers covering network commitments, ownership, due dates and dependencies.
* Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics across relevant programs.
* Identify overdue deliverables and escalate material risks where intervention is required.
* Prepare data and business inputs for Monthly Business Reviews.
* Consolidate performance information from multiple stakeholders before leadership reviews.
* Validate reported metrics and resolve inconsistencies before publication.
* Track leadership actions arising from Monthly Business Reviews and other governance forums.
* Support Weekly Business Review processes where required.
* Prepare concise business updates covering progress, risks, decisions and required follow-up.
* Act as the coordination link between Operations, Planning, Finance and partner teams.
* Facilitate alignment where initiatives span several functional owners.
* Develop standardized governance routines for recurring network reviews.
* Build and maintain reporting templates that improve consistency across programs.
* Establish planning mechanisms that simplify tracking across multiple workstreams.
