Role Context
This role ensures inventory integrity across operations by monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting business continuity. It plays a vital part in reducing shrinkage, improving stock visibility, and aligning inventory processes with sales and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor daily stock movements and track inventory adjustments across stores
* Generate category-level stock reports and provide insights for decision-making
* Guide store teams on receiving shipments, handling returns, and resolving stock issues
* Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
* Perform invoice matching and coordinate with finance on discrepancies
* Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports including shrinkage analysis
* Investigate stock discrepancies through store visits and spot checks
* Report system-related issues impacting stock accuracy and operations
* Reconcile inventory records with finance and operational data
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory or stock management roles
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Experience working with inventory systems and reporting tools
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Fluent English required, Arabic is an advantage
* Hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities
