Key Responsibilities

* Maintain full visibility of Chief Operating Office KPIs across functions and markets.
* Detect performance risks and business opportunities before they escalate.
* Lead turnaround actions when important measures move away from plan.
* Build reporting frameworks that emphasize insight and business action.
* Improve the quality, speed and consistency of performance information.
* Present concise findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Lead regional objective and key-result planning cycles.
* Coordinate budgeting activities across participating functions and countries.
* Monitor progress against approved objectives, budgets and performance targets.
* Analyse financial variances and recommend early corrective measures.
* Establish governance, ownership and timelines for planning activities.
* Improve processes supporting budgeting and financial planning.
* Align strategic priorities with available financial resources.

Ideal Profile
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations or performance management, preferably within technology or a fast-moving consumer business.
The role requires structured problem-solving, analytical judgement and the ability to convert complex information into clear decisions. Applicants should be confident influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving innovation through practical thought leadership.
Experience in financial modelling and P and L analysis is strongly preferred. Hands-on familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Looker and Tableau will be highly valuable.
