Role Context
This leadership role is responsible for designing and executing employee relations strategies across multiple countries. It focuses on building positive workplace environments, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring alignment between HR practices and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Employee Relations strategy across APAC and MENA regions
* Partner with operations and HR leadership to align ER initiatives with business objectives
* Analyze employee feedback and organizational data to identify risks and improvement areas
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and employee engagement
* Lead crisis management and resolve complex employee relations issues
* Support and guide in-country ER teams on local and regional strategies
* Create and sustain programs that promote a positive and compliant workplace culture
* Identify hidden risks within virtual and on-site workforce environments and implement mitigation plans
Ideal Profile
* 10+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or employment law
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions
* Experience working in fast-paced, global, or matrix organizations
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data
* Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
