Role Context

The Program Manager - FBA Supply Chain will support one of Amazon\'s most visible seller programs across the MENATR region. Fulfillment by Amazon enables selling partners to store products within Amazon\'s fulfillment network while Amazon manages inventory handling, order processing, delivery, and customer service.

The program manager will improve how sellers send inventory into the network, monitor stock performance, resolve operational barriers, and access reliable reporting. The role will turn complex supply chain and seller data into scalable solutions that improve fulfillment efficiency, cost performance, seller satisfaction, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Own strategic Fulfillment by Amazon programs across the Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye.

* Develop initiatives that improve seller experience, inbound operations, inventory performance, transportation, and supply chain efficiency.

* Translate broad business priorities into clearly defined programs, workstreams, milestones, owners, and performance targets.

* Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps, seller pain points, business opportunities, and recurring performance trends.

* Investigate root causes behind inbound delays, inventory issues, transportation constraints, cost increases, and seller-experience problems.

* Use SQL, Python, R, Excel, or related analytical tools to extract, join, clean, aggregate, and interpret business data.

* Build scalable dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and key performance indicators.

* Establish accurate measures for seller performance, inbound operations, inventory health, transportation, cost efficiency, and program adoption.

* Develop business cases and recommendations supported by financial, operational, and seller data.

* Present analytical findings, program risks, investment requirements, and proposed actions to senior leadership.

* Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve inbound receiving, inventory flow, capacity, and fulfillment performance.

* Work with Finance teams to evaluate costs, savings opportunities, budgets, forecasts, and program economics.

* Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to define system requirements and influence roadmap priorities.

* Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work, improve reporting accuracy, and simplify seller processes.

* Coordinate with Business, Marketing, Legal, and external stakeholders when program changes affect seller communications or commercial operations.

* Lead continuous improvement initiatives covering inbound operations, inventory management, transportation programs, seller experience, and cost control.

* Develop scalable processes that can be implemented consistently across multiple countries.

* Manage competing priorities and maintain progress across several high-visibility projects.

* Track implementation progress, dependencies, risks, and performance after launch.

* Review whether completed initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable improvements.

* Prepare structured documents, executive updates, project plans, analytical summaries, and decision papers.

* Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, mathematics, analytics, or another quantitative discipline.

* At least 3 years of program management or project management experience.

* Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets and converting findings into actionable business recommendations.

* Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, R, scripting, Microsoft Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.

* Experience building performance measures, dashboards, KPIs, and scalable reporting solutions.

* Strong understanding of program requirements, project governance, schedules, dependencies, and risk management.

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, business development, product, technology, finance, marketing, and legal.

* Ability to manage several responsibilities and make progress in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* Ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders through evidence-based recommendations.

* Experience in logistics, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred.

* Familiarity with seller programs, e-commerce marketplaces, or Fulfillment by Amazon is advantageous.

* Experience with Tableau Desktop, Amazon QuickSight, or another data-visualization platform is preferred.

* Master\'s degree in business intelligence, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative field is advantageous.

* Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives is preferred.

* Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management is beneficial.

* MBA or postgraduate qualification in supply chain management, operations, engineering, or analytics is an advantage.
