The Senior CRM Specialist helps translate customer lifecycle opportunities into targeted campaigns that improve retention, order frequency, engagement, and marketing efficiency. The position requires a strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to respond to challenges such as rising churn or declining purchase frequency with structured, measurable CRM activity.
The role combines campaign ideation with operational execution and financial discipline. Working closely with Campaign Operations and local marketing teams, the specialist ensures initiatives are launched correctly, remain within approved budgets, and generate clear performance insights that can be used to refine future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop CRM campaign ideas around different stages of the customer lifecycle.
* Identify campaign opportunities linked to retention, activation, reactivation, frequency, engagement, and churn reduction.
* Translate local market challenges into targeted CRM initiatives with measurable objectives.
* Coordinate with Campaign Operations teams to prepare and launch country-level CRM campaigns.
* Ensure campaign requirements, audiences, timelines, content, and operational dependencies are aligned before activation.
* Support local markets experiencing changes in customer churn, purchase frequency, or lifecycle performance.
* Monitor campaign execution and identify issues that could affect delivery or expected results.
* Forecast CRM campaign expenditure across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
* Align campaign budgets with regional and local marketing stakeholders.
* Track actual spend against approved CRM budgets and identify deviations early.
* Maintain visibility of campaign costs and provide timely updates to relevant marketing teams.
* Review lifecycle campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Compare results across markets to identify practices that can be replicated or adapted.
* Recommend optimizations based on customer response, historical performance, and regional learnings.
* Develop data-backed hypotheses for improving returns from existing lifecycle journeys and campaign flows.
* Test new approaches to targeting, timing, customer segmentation, messaging, or campaign structure.
* Evaluate whether CRM initiatives are delivering sufficient incremental value relative to marketing spend.
* Support ongoing experimentation designed to improve campaign ROI.
* Create clear visibility for local teams on performance trends, campaign costs, and efficiency.
* Prepare regular reporting on lifecycle marketing activity and relevant performance metrics.
* Use Excel to analyze campaign data, spend, customer behavior, and performance trends.

* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across campaign setup, financial tracking, reporting, and analysis.
* Take ownership of assigned initiatives and remain hands-on throughout campaign development and execution.

Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or an equivalent discipline with a strong analytical or data-focused component.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or a closely related area.
Experience working within a fast-paced technology, e-commerce, delivery, marketplace, or consumer digital environment is particularly valuable.
Advanced Excel capability is important because the role requires frequent analysis of campaign performance, spend, customer trends, and ROI.
