Role Context
This role is central to enhancing customer experience by owning end-to-end CX programs and ensuring they deliver tangible improvements in engagement, retention, and satisfaction. It connects data insights with execution, enabling continuous optimization of customer journeys at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute customer experience strategies aligned with business goals
* Analyze customer data using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segmentation
* Define success metrics and measure impact of CX initiatives through structured analysis
* Lead CX programs end-to-end from problem definition to rollout and optimization
* Identify opportunities for predictive models such as churn and customer behavior insights
* Collaborate with data science, product, and operations teams to implement solutions
* Monitor program performance and continuously refine based on feedback and results
* Develop scalable playbooks to replicate successful initiatives across markets
* Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Align cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of CX initiatives
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or customer experience roles
* Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL and Excel
* Experience managing programs end-to-end with measurable outcomes
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* High ownership mindset with focus on results and impact
* Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
