Chief Finance Officer Financial Services Transformation Dubai UAERole Summary
The Chief Finance Officer for Financial Services Transformation and Development will work closely with the division head and executive board to shape and implement the strategic vision. Based in Dubai, this senior leadership position oversees financial strategy, business performance, compliance, and transformation initiatives across multiple business units in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and KSA. The CFO will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and drive financial outcomes aligned with the group’s growth objectives.

Core Duties
* Lead divisional financial performance, ensuring profit, revenue, and cost targets are achieved
* Identify risks across business units and implement turnaround strategies where needed
* Oversee financial reporting, control, and compliance to maintain quality and accuracy of financials
* Establish and optimize business processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
* Drive finance transformation initiatives, aligning people, systems, and processes with strategic goals
* Advise executive board members, shareholders, and senior management on financial and strategic matters
* Guide the division in formulating and executing annual and quarterly financial plans
Ideal Profile
* Extensive P&L management experience in financial or operational leadership roles
* Strong track record in international operations, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
* Exposure to banking and financial services environments preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at the highest levels
* Proven ability to lead finance transformation initiatives and optimize business structures
* Strategic thinker who balances vision with attention to operational detail
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business required; advanced qualifications or certifications preferred
* 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience, including managing large teams and delivering transformation projects
