Core Duties

* Independently assess and approve structured debt proposals for fund financing deals
* Analyze fund strategies, capital structures, investment risks, asset quality, and counterparty exposure
* Review term sheets and legal documentation to ensure credit risk mitigation
* Set credit terms and conditions including amortization schedules, covenants, and risk triggers
* Collaborate with Corporate Finance to develop product programs and RACs
* Monitor exposure at product and counterparty level; conduct ad hoc risk reviews
* Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, Basel regulations, IFRS 9, and market best practices

Candidate Requirements

* 10–12 years of banking or financial services experience, with minimum 5 years in structured debt or fund financing
* Deep understanding of fund structures, waterfall distributions, and valuation approaches
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
* Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks for listed and private investments
* Working knowledge of credit-related regulatory standards (Basel norms, IFRS 9)
