Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Global Markets Sales Associate to support the FX, Rates, and Commodities business across MENA, Turkey, Egypt, Europe, and the Americas. The role focuses on handling flow business, pricing, and client servicing while contributing to revenue targets and developing strong client relationships with financial institutions, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and non-bank financial institutions.

What You’ll Do
* Handle flow business in FX, Rates, and Commodities for clients across assigned geographies
* Price vanilla FX and interest rate products using Bloomberg, FXT, and other market platforms
* Support derivative transactions while developing product expertise with senior team members
* Engage directly with clients, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships
* Stay informed on market trends, global economic developments, and financial news to advise clients effectively
* Collaborate with lead salespersons on revenue tracking and volume updates
* Ensure adherence to FAB policies, regulatory standards, and risk management practices
* Participate in client meetings, forums, and events to strengthen market presence
* Work with colleagues across the Global Markets team to share knowledge and contribute to team performance
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in financial markets, with knowledge of FX and money markets
* Direct client support or service experience in a banking or financial environment
* Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage high-pressure environments
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
* Proficiency in Bloomberg or similar platforms; regional or foreign language skills a plus
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in all client and transaction handling
