Core Duties
* Execute and lead repo trading strategies across multiple currencies
* Optimize collateral use and develop client financing solutions to generate alpha
* Support daily liquidity planning and short-term market positioning
* Maintain close coordination with desk heads, senior management, ALM, Sales, and Coverage teams
* Provide input for EIBOR rate setting and manage interest rate and basis risk exposures
* Ensure compliance with market regulations and internal risk frameworks
* Contribute to relationship building across counterparties and external institutions
* Support business continuity by staying adaptable across ALM and trading desks
Candidate Requirements
* 5–10 years of experience in global markets, specifically in repo trading and liquidity management
* Solid expertise in FX markets, interest rates, collateral optimization, and risk control
* Proven success in driving P&L through trading strategies
* Strong regulatory understanding and exposure to capital and liquidity standards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
* CFA, FRM, or Master’s degree preferred
