Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
To be responsible for greeting clients and visitors. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Education: Bachelors degree required
Candidate available in UAE preferred
Gender:Female
Nationality: Any
Age range: 22 to 28 (preferably Bachelor)
UAE work experience: Minimum 1 year
Joining Date: Able to start by 1st week of May 2023
Note:
Having experience in the immigration and visa department is an advantage.
