Role Context
This role plays a key part in advising organizations on Emiratisation strategies and ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. It supports business growth by aligning workforce planning with regulatory requirements while strengthening relationships with government authorities and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead research on Emiratisation policies, labor laws, immigration regulations, and workforce compliance frameworks
Translate regulatory requirements into practical business strategies for clients
* Manage immigration and labor compliance services, including handling queries with government authorities
Ensure accurate interpretation and application of UAE regulations
* Support design and development of Emiratisation advisory services
Contribute to workforce attraction, retention, and national talent development strategies
* Build relationships with universities, workforce programs, and professional networks
Engage stakeholders to support Emirati talent initiatives and compliance objectives
* Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on quotas, reporting, and compliance obligations
Act as subject matter expert for Emiratisation-related matters
* Support business development through market research, proposal preparation, and client engagement
Identify opportunities to expand advisory services in the market
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, HR, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law, immigration, or Emiratisation advisory
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and workforce nationalization programs
Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
