What You’ll Do
* Make proactive outbound calls to customers flagged for potential cancellation or disengagement
* Understand customer pain points and offer accurate, empathetic resolutions to prevent churn
* Explain product benefits, ongoing promotions, or retention offers to encourage account continuation
* Maintain professionalism and composure in all customer interactions
* Record all conversations and outcomes thoroughly in the CRM system
* Coordinate with the customer service and technical teams to resolve complex issues
* Follow up diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and monitor retention progress
* Achieve daily and monthly call and retention targets
Ideal Profile
* 1-3 years experience in telecalling, account retention, customer service, or BPO environments
* Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English; additional languages a plus
* Confident in objection handling and resolving customer concerns under pressure
* Basic proficiency with CRM tools and customer databases
* Strong listening skills and ability to adapt conversation to the customer\'s situation
* Energetic, team-oriented, and focused on delivering positive outcomes
