Account Manager - Leisure, Travel & Tourism Doha
Qatar Airways Holidays is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic partners, drive sales of holiday products, and support business development initiatives. The role involves handling operational coordination, client communications, and promotional activities to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Overview
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and travel industry partners
* Promote Qatar Airways Holidays products to corporate clients and retail agencies
* Implement sales strategies to increase awareness and booking volumes
* Coordinate operations and communications with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Ensure account satisfaction and business retention through personalized service
* Prepare and review reports on sales activity, trends, and partnership performance
* Identify new market opportunities and support contract negotiations
* Represent the company at trade events, meetings, and promotional activities
* Monitor service delivery and maintain regular contact with assigned accounts
* Handle inquiries related to tour packages, services, and booking processes
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* High school qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
* OR bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
* Background in tour management, airline sales, or holiday operations is preferred
Skills
* Strong understanding of GDS systems, ticketing, and travel sales processes
* Knowledge of the Qatar and GCC travel market
* Effective communication and client relationship management skills
* Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
* English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
