Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls for ticket reservations and travel inquiries.
Provide comprehensive information regarding travel options, schedules, and pricing.
Accurately process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Conduct all transactions in an efficient manner, adhering to company policies.
Address customer concerns and issues swiftly, ensuring satisfaction.
Keep precise records of bookings and interactions with customers.
Remain informed about the latest airline policies, travel regulations, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in ticket reservation or related roles.
Skilled in the use of reservation systems and various computer applications.
Exceptional communication and customer service capabilities.
Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Resilient under pressure with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
