Perform general admin duties at the branch as well as taking lead in the absence of department managers
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
1-year relevant experience (ADMIN & RECEPTION)
Computer literate (MS Office & Excel)
Experience in a workshop environment will be an added advantage
Good Customer services
Valid driver's licence
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Operating of switchboard
Filing and Housekeeping of Admin & Workshop Admin division
Assisting with general duties given by Admin Head and Workshop admin
Risk management & Environmental management & GMR
Do licences and registrations for Wholegoods items at the traffic department
Handling KBC's and medicals for technicians and apprentices
Handling Visas and border documents for technicians
Responsible for asset register
Minute keeping of meetings
Handling of vendor- and account applications
Writing of Job Cards and register thereof
Vehicle logbook control
Capturing overtime
Handling of petty cash
Stocktaking of tools on vehicles and tool room
