This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining safety, meeting quality and productivity objectives, improving operational processes, and ensuring teams can respond effectively to changing customer demand.
The Area Manager will combine people leadership with performance analysis and operational execution. Working across shifts, the role involves monitoring process efficiency, resolving escalations, coordinating contingency plans, and collaborating with managers, engineers, other internal teams, and external partners.
