Role Context
This role is responsible for managing shift operations supervising teams and driving performance improvements across fulfillment or logistics sites in a fast paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across operations
Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Lead and support teams while managing administrative responsibilities
Improve processes to enhance productivity and customer service
Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift operations
Monitor operational efficiency and handle escalations
Plan and manage daily operational activities and contingencies

Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in operations logistics or warehouse environments
