Associate Manager – Supply Chain – Majid Al Futtaim – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview
The Associate Manager – Supply Chain role at Majid Al Futtaim Riyadh supports daily end-to-end supply chain operations for the Retail Discount business. The position ensures product availability, accurate replenishment, smooth goods movement, and efficient coordination across Commercial, Operations, and Logistics teams to protect service levels and maintain the brand’s commitment to affordability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to maintain consistent on-shelf availability.
* Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing sales performance, trends, and store insights.
* Coordinate product allocation to stores based on assortment priorities and sales needs.
* Work closely with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
* Track order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, lead times, and escalate operational delays when required.
* Coordinate with suppliers and Commercial teams to align delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and manage promotional volumes.
* Prepare reports and dashboards on service levels, stock availability, and delivery performance.
* Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across supply chain processes.
* Support system updates, process enhancement initiatives, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* 3+ years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or value retail.
* Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and numerical skills.
* Good communication abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
