Working as both an advisor and operating partner, the role manages DSP relationships throughout the business lifecycle, analyzes performance, supports business planning, identifies operational and financial challenges, and helps owners implement practical solutions while meeting program requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Partner with a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner owners at different stages of their business lifecycle.
- Support DSP
owners through program onboarding and preparation for business launch.
- Guide owners as they scale their operations and address emerging business and operational challenges.
- Help DSPs establish the resources needed to ramp up operations effectively and prepare for peak periods.
- Work with owners on business strategy, accountability, engagement, and key performance metrics.
- Identify obstacles that could affect business performance and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate Business and Financial Health Reviews covering performance, business opportunities, benchmarking data, and actionable insights.
- Analyze problems and performance data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and help formulate and implement improvements at both DSP and network levels.
- Support improvements to financial, operational, and safety practices across the delivery network.
- Collaborate with Station Operations Managers, Compliance, Finance, and other internal teams to support DSP launch and growth in accordance with program requirements.
- Drive change internally and externally by translating analysis and business insights into recommendations and follow-through.
- Help improve the overall experience of individual DSP owners while supporting broader program objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree.
- Experience analyzing data and applying best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
