The

By improving prospecting quality, accelerating partner activation, and addressing recurring operational issues, the Channel Team Lead will help create a scalable network of local businesses capable of supporting dependable last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Development Executives operating across assigned territories.
* Guide team members in prospecting and identifying suitable local retail partners for the Hub Delivery program.
* Support ADEs through partner onboarding, activation, and early-stage performance management.
* Establish clear expectations for field execution, partner engagement, and operational follow-through.
* Monitor team performance against activation, operational, and delivery quality KPIs.
* Use performance data to identify underperforming territories, partners, or processes.
* Develop corrective action plans for recurring operational and partner performance issues.
* Coach team members on how to resolve partner objections and overcome onboarding barriers.
* Strengthen accountability by maintaining structured follow-up on open actions and performance commitments.
* Work closely with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve issues affecting delivery quality.
* Identify systemic field problems that cannot be solved at individual partner level and escalate them appropriately.
* Consolidate observations from Account Development Executives into actionable regional insights.
* Provide recommendations that improve partner experience, program execution, and long-term scalability.
* Support consistent implementation of the Hub Delivery operating model across different locations.
* Review partner performance trends and help the team prioritize interventions where business impact is highest.
* Encourage sharing of successful field practices across the ADE team.
* Maintain strong communication between field teams and internal program stakeholders.
* Help create a results-focused team culture built around ownership, operational discipline, and partner success.
Ideal Profile
* Experience working with data and using analysis to support operational decisions.
* Previous exposure to operations management is preferred.
* Bachelor\'s degree is advantageous.
* Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating field-based teams is valuable.
* Comfortable managing performance through measurable targets and operational KPIs.
* Strong understanding of partner onboarding, account development, or field execution environments.
* Able to identify patterns behind recurring operational problems and translate findings into corrective actions.
* Effective communicator who can work with field teams, business partners, and internal operational stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several territories and priorities simultaneously.
