Customer Services Executive - Licensing and Leasing Operations Dubai

Position Overview
DP World is seeking a Customer Services Executive to manage business registration, licensing, leasing, and document processing operations within our parks and free zone business units. This customer-facing role ensures a smooth experience for new and existing clients by handling inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating with government and internal departments for regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

* Receive and review customer-submitted documents for licensing, registration, lease agreements, and related transactions
* Validate submissions against standard requirements and escalate to relevant departments when needed
* Prepare lease agreements and ensure accuracy and completion by all parties involved
* Calculate customer packages and raise invoices for processing through the finance team
* Respond to escalated customer queries and provide in-depth clarifications as required
* Input customer and company data into internal systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
* Track and process daily and online requests to ensure timely service delivery
* Liaise with government entities for required approvals and coordinate with internal departments on regulatory compliance
* Meet prospects and explain procedures related to licensing, registration fees, bank deposits, and share capital requirements
* Allocate facilities in the GIS system and generate transaction reports for licensing and leasing activities
* Review initial legal documents (e.g., MOA, POA) and coordinate with Legal when escalation is needed
* Coordinate handover and maintenance of facilities released from legal actions to third-party providers

Ideal Profile

* Strong experience in customer service, administration, or government relations
* Knowledge of UAE licensing and leasing procedures, particularly within free zones
* Excellent organizational, data entry, and documentation skills
* Familiar with legal and regulatory documents such as MOAs, POAs, and lease contracts
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and business workflow systems
